Luxurious modern two-storey houses under construction with the possibility of building a swimming pool, located in a beachfront location, 8 minutes by car to Bourgas. The villas are in a unique location close to the sea and are completely private with their own yard and parking spaces. The layout of the houses is as follows: At the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen-dining room, a toilet, a pantry, a veranda which leads out to the yard. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with dressing room, two bathrooms with WC and two terraces.
