Individual house with a large plot in a rural area

Large plot with individual house in the village of Gorica, 10 km from the resort of Sunny Beach. The plot with total area of 1936 m2 is located on the edge of the village. There are fruit trees, vines and walnut trees on the plot. The small house of 80 m2 consists of two rooms and a kitchen. There is also a summer kitchen, as well as a storage room for the stock, wine and brandy and a workshop. The village is situated in an ecologically clean area with healing climate and mineral water, next to the river Khadzhiiska and the dam lake Poroi. The beautiful small village is situated in the Eastern part of the Stara Planina mountain and is 250 m above the sea level. There is a regular bus service to Sunny Beach, Bourgas and Pomorie.
